When you opt in to text messaging with Eric Opiela PLLC, you can expect to receive conversational, client-care text messages from the Firm's office telephone numbers, including appointment scheduling and reminders, updates and requests regarding your legal matter, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number messaging you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply provide your consent again as you did the first time — by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, or by texting us — and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
